Cyclone Cattle Ranch
(CCR) Cyclone Cattle Ranch is located on the Northern portion of "Tornado Alley" in Central Iowa.
As a kid growing up on a farm in Iowa, my family watched a lot of "westerns" like, The Rifleman, Rawhide, Gunsmoke & Bonanza thus the dream of building a version of the "Ponderosa" became the vision. What better livestock to raise than the amazing Texas Longhorn cattle. Our focus is to have as much fun as possible pursuing great genetics that can reproduce those desirable qualities that we all are seeking as we drive the historic legacy of the Texas Longhorn breed into the future.
